First-year CS student at UC Berkeley passionate about SWE, Deep Learning,
Robust Computer Vision, and Immersive AR/MR.

About

I am a first-year Computer Science student at UC Berkeley interested in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, and related fields in Computer Science.

In the past, I worked on research in robust 3D CT segmentation methods and biomedical image processing at UC Santa Barbara. With HCI researchers at UCSB, I also conducted studies and published work in Immersive Mixed/Augmented Reality.

Before that, I've also worked on ML-based stress prediction software for a cloud computing/virtualization lab, and conducted literature reviews for work in keystroke dynamics at Carnegie Mellon University.

Projects

Some things I've worked on in the past!

COVID-19 Segmentation

  • Made with:

Propose nnU-Net-based 3D segmentation approach targeting lung lesions to improve the accuracy of CT classification processes distinguishing COVID-19 from other viral pneumonia.

Immersive Mixed Reality Simulations

  • Made with:

Propose Mixed Reality system for contextualization of climate change disasters. Conduct pilot studies to evaluate system's effectiveness against current methods; publish findings.
